As a team since 1997 we have developed expertise about the dynamics of  Re-imagining Church, Evangelism after Christendoms,  Exploring the spiritual needs of Older People, work with under 5s and other areas. We give e-mail consultancy and occasionally we can visit on site, but the time taken normally will incur costs.

• We can listen, suggesting analysis and ways forward to church leaders looking into starting an expression of church, picking up on issues round Mission-shaped Church thinking. 
• We can give advice on starting Fresh Expressions of church, and offer comment on how fresh expressions mature.
• We can put people in touch with each other who are doing similar work.
• Time permitting, we can journey with particular young churches to offer an outside view.
• We advise churches and dioceses on overall patterns that are emerging.

 

What do we mean by planting fresh expressions of church?

Here's how we see it:

"Church planting is the process by which a seed of the life and message of Jesus, embodied by a community of Christians, is immersed for mission reasons in a particular cultural of geographic context." (Mission-shaped church pg 32)
