Church Army New Zealand

The Church Army in New Zealand has a number of commissioned officers, engaged in frontline evangelistic ministry in a variety of contexts. In addition there are over 20 associate evangelists who are leaders in evangelism in their local contexts. 

Captain Phil Clark took over as National Director in 2009 from Peter Lloyd.

Church Army New Zealand offer a Global Gap Year programe for young people aged 18-25, and are developing a Certificate in Local Mission and Evangelism.

The ministry of Church Army in New Zealand seeks "to follow Christ, make him known, and help others do the same."
