CEA News previews new performance poem and secrets of hope course for www.hopeinfo.co.uk
20 November 2007
The winter edition of Christian Enquiry Agency News highlights the partnership between CEA and Church Army in developing www.hopeinfo.co.uk and previews the launch of Fresh Hope a new film made by Watering Can Media that explores what it means to live hopefully. The issue also brings news that slam performance poet Jude Simpson performs new material on the theme of hope on www.hopeinfo.co.uk . CEA Director Gareth Squire says, "Jude has added another dimension to the site with this work. She speaks from her heart, but this is not introverted musing. Jude reaches out, urgently, to the broken and the messed up. She expresses the heart of Jesus here and it's extremely powerful."
Life coach Bruce Stanley is announced as contributing a Hope Test and a series of specially written weekly emails - Secrets of Hope that combine scripture with psychological insights that help readers grow in their understanding of themselves, their beliefs and the way they interpret events.
David Coleman Church Army's Communication Manager adds, "This issue of CEA News has done a fantastic job of telling people exactly what www.hopeinfo.co.uk is all about. I would encourage all churches to download it or order copies from the Christian Enquiry Agency direct at cea@christianity.org.uk
