Church Army launches appeal with a "Thankyou"

Church Army has used its Autumn Appeal to thank its loyal supporters for all the lives they have helped its Evangelists to change over so many years.

Appeal letters sent this week highlight how the prayerful and financial support of thousands of people have enabled people like Matt to discover Jesus Christ in the middle of a Bradford housing estate.

In the letter Matt tells how Church Army Evangelist Andy Milne shared his Christian faith with him through words and action, in the unusual surrounds of a skateboard park! Matt now helps lead the Sorted youth church came into being several years ago. Sorted was recently awarded a Bishop's Mission Order, making it a church in its own right.
